Return and refund period
Our return and refund period is 30 days. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Return exceptions: Color rings can be returned within 14 days and will be fully refunded.
To complete a return, we need proof of purchase or invoice.
Partial reimbursement may be granted in the following cases:
- Packages that have been opened but are clearly unused.
- Items returned later than 30 days after delivery.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you are entitled to a refund, the return cost will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
Depending on where you live, the delivery time for an exchanged product may vary.
When returning more expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will actually receive your return.
