Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.<\/p>\n\n<p>To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Return exceptions:<\/strong> Color rings can be returned within 14 days and will be fully refunded.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>To complete a return, we need proof of purchase or invoice.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Partial reimbursement may be granted in the following cases:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Packages that have been opened but are clearly unused.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Items returned later than 30 days after delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Return by mail<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>To return your product, send it to:<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p><strong>Italia Hair Import<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tiggelstebergstraat 34 &#8211; 4891TD Rijsbergen<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Netherlands<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<p>You are responsible for return shipping costs.
